WNY Resumes is a resume collection service for Western New York Employers.

This service is different than other sites such as Monster. Instead of making you fill out a profile and repeatedly come back to a ad filled site, we work with local businesses to find the right candidate for them.  Any and all money that we make comes from the employer based on how adequate their new employee is.
