A new year brings new the opening of a new restaurant.  If you haven’t heard about Merge, check out the original photos and story on HotBuffalo.

Merge opens for lunch on January 2nd.  The initial hours will be from 11:00 AM til 3:o0 PM.  They will most likely keep only lunch hours for the first week or two.

Merge is pacing themselves in the beginning and also wating for their liquor license to come through.  (We aren’t sure if it is a liquor license or a beer/wine license)  Most likely Merge will be opened until at least 11:00 PM most nights with live music and entertainment!  So please come on in and Merge with other creative minds.
