Allentown Lofts are coming to 430 Virginia Street. (map)

430 Virginia Street was erected in 1924 for the National Casket Company.  It is approximately 22,000 square feet and 4 stories tall.

Kissling Interests bought the property on October 16th 2006 for $340,000.  Recently Kissling posted this banner on the side of the Allentown lofts.

This means there will be between least 9 or 10 units.  Buffalo Rising was quoted saying these units will rent between $2,000 - $2,100 a month however note that the banner says “Empire Zone Tax Benefits”.  This may mean that these units will go “Condo”.
