(Concerning the Kaleida Health Buildings) The building in the middle is nothing special and will only serve to glorify the 2 buildings next to it once it is a parking lot. However, there are may people that have a parking lot phobia. I think this stems from a few years ago when Buffalo was more parking lot than used buildings.
