Buffalo Barbeque and Brew

This new little Buffalo barbeque place is nestled on Elmwood Avenue right across from the Pierce Arrow building. You’ll find the menu somewhat limited, but don’t think that’s a bad thing. They keep to the BBQ essentials that you’ll be almost certain to love. A lot of places will offer a lot of entres that are not their specialties. This place only offer their best choices.
This Buffalo BBQ joint is a little different as they offer free internet access, which is good for us professionals that need to keep an eye on the office when at lunch. There is even a BBQ web cam.
This past Friday night, the place was packed. There were only 2 waitresses on staff but they had more than enough SASS to make up for it.
The ribs where fantastic and bordering on perfect. The only complaints were the crowd (popular places always are) and the pulled BBQ pork not being too hot. In Buffalo Barbeque and Brew’s defence we had quite a large group so the pulled pork may have been waiting while they worked their magic on the ribs.
The 2 sides where quite large and corn bread was included. The mac-and-cheese, a BBQ essential, was quite good but slighly less good than Fat Bob’s mac-and-cheese (the gold standard in cheesy noodles). However, including the sides, you got much more to eat than you would at Fat Bob’s.
All in all, too thumbs up and things will only get better.
