Buffalo, we refuse to hang our heads low after not making it to the Stanley Cup final. We could make excuses, reffing or about injuries, but these are these excuses of a team looking for a reason to fail. Our only regret is that the we were beat by a team that has twice the population of Buffalo but only half of our teams fanship. While we would rather be beat by the best team and have them carry on the win the Stanley cup, we realize in our hearts that the cup should ideally go to the city with the biggest fan base and that is Edmunton.

We will not swear under our breath, whine or cry into our beer. We’re Buffalo!
