Bicycle theft is nasty. A lot of people depend on them during the summer to fight off love handles, save on gas and just generally have fun. Stealing somebody’s bike can bring forth emotions similar to that of a teenage girl when Dawson’s Creek ended.

This last weekend though there was a little bit of light. Once a year the Buffalo PD auctions off bikes that have been recovered and not claimed. All sorts where sold for a song. With a little TLC you could have breathed new life into a bike looking for love.
